Ubisar is a newly launched global technology & data advisory firm helping companies and investors streamline operations, optimize workflows, and unlock AI-driven value. We specialize in process & workflow optimization, data infrastructure & insights, and applied AI & tech enablement.
Ubisar is part of the Lanmea ecosystem. Lanmea is a modern value creation and investment platform. Our ecosystem combines global advisory firms with an investment platform, giving you exposure across sectors, stages, and geographies. As an analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of that ecosystem: close to real technology, data and AI challenges, workflow and systems modernisation, and investor-backed transformation projects.
Why we need you
Our clients come to us with messy systems, disconnected data, and ambitious ideas. They want to modernize operations, build better internal tools, and turn AI from buzzword into real business value, without building a large in-house engineering team.
As a Tech Analyst, you help make that happen. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, data and engineering: mapping real-world workflows, turning them into robust software, and helping our team deliver tangible results for companies and investors across sectors like professional services, financial services, private equity, consumer & retail, healthcare and more.
The bar is high: we’re looking for people who are deeply motivated to build software that solves real business problems, care about robustness and maintainability, and are confident in taking ownership of visible, client-facing work early in their career.
Why should you join us?
- Work with colleagues and clients across multiple countries, building experience across diverse industries.
- Ship real solutions used in live client environments - from internal tools and dashboards to AI-enabled workflows and external software tools.
- Plug into the Lanmea ecosystem, giving you exposure to other areas of value creation to work with fellow advisors at the intersection of finance, marketing, tech, sustainability and investments.
- Get hands-on exposure to digital transformation, data platforms, AI use cases, and modern engineering practices while working alongside experienced advisors and builders.
- Grow quickly through close mentorship and increasing ownership of features, solutions and client workstreams as you develop.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
You’ll be diving deep into the world of technology, data and AI, turning real business problems into working software. From day one, you’ll be involved across the full lifecycle - from understanding client workflows to designing, building and shipping solutions - and you’ll work closely with senior team members on live advisory projects. Specifically, you will:
- Map and document client business processes, identify operational pain points, and translate workflows into clear requirements for software, data, automation, or AI solutions.
- Build, test, and ship full-stack software, data solutions, internal tools, and workflow automations for live client engagements.
- Evaluate tools, platforms, integrations, and solution architectures, then recommend options based on client requirements, feasibility, maintainability, and cost.
- Translate technical decisions into clear client materials, including process maps, solution outlines, implementation plans, and recommendations.
- Contribute to proposals, case studies, solution development, and thought-leadership content by connecting technical delivery to business value and client outcomes.
You need these qualifications
- You hold or are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline, or you can show equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptionally strong internships and project experience can be considered if you can demonstrate real ownership and impact.
- You are comfortable with modern web and mobile frameworks, both front-end and back-end.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, workflow automation, vector databases, or open-source AI tools such as OpenClaw is considered a strong plus.
- You enjoy solving real-world business problems with technology, not just writing code in isolation.
- You’re comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and communicating clearly with a distributed team.
- You take ownership of your work, ask good questions, and are willing to go one or two layers deeper than what was asked when needed.
If you’re excited about building practical, production-grade software, curious about data and AI, and want to work inside a broader Lanmea ecosystem of ambitious builders, we’d love to hear from you.
