Data analytics and business intelligence in the Philippines

We help owners in the Philippines run every branch on numbers: the locations, products and customers that do well, early sight of stock and collections, and simple dashboards managers read on their phones. We connect it, train your managers and keep it accurate, month to month.

The engagement

Why companies in the Philippines work with Ubisar

A partner that understands the business, brings the whole team, and stays.

We understand the business, not just the data.

Our team has run operations, finance and sales, and invested in companies. So we start from the decisions you need to make, and build the numbers behind them.

A whole team, from day one.

You get a senior lead who owns the work backed by a team of data engineers, analysts and operators. We cover the data model, integration, dashboards, quality checks and maintenance.

Flexible, month to month, no lock-in.

The engagement runs monthly, and you can end it at any time without penalty. Scale it up when there is more to build and down when there is less. You pay for the work of a data function, not for building one.

A data partner, month after month.

We stay through your data journey. Each month we build the next view, fine-tune the last one and help your employees act on it, across data, integrations, software and AI, so your reporting compounds every month.

Client situations

What Philippine business owners tell us at the first meeting

  • “Every branch sends its report late and in its own format, and I only see how a location did when I visit.”
  • “Sales, stock and cash rarely match, and I cannot tell whether it is a mistake or something worse.”
  • “Most of our records are still in logbooks, receipts and spreadsheets, so there is little to analyse yet.”
  • “Our sales grow every month, but I cannot say which products and promos actually make money.”

How it works

What working with Ubisar looks like.

  1. 01

    Onboarding

We map out the decisions the owners and managers take each week, the systems and spreadsheets the numbers come from today, and agree with you which view to build first, based on value and impact.

  2. 02

    Build and ship

We connect the source systems, agree one definition for each number, and put a first working dashboard in the owners' hands early, checked against your source systems.

  3. 03

    Fine-tune and adopt

We refine it with the people who use it, retire the reports nobody opens, and keep improving it until managers use it every week.

  4. 04

    Run and expand

Each month we keep the reporting refreshed and checked, build the next view, and adjust the scope to what the business needs.

Frequently asked questions

Can we see every branch's performance without visiting or chasing reports?+

Yes. Ubisar connects each branch's sales, stock and collections into one view, refreshed from the systems the branches already use. You compare every location on the same numbers each day, spot which branches lead and which need help, and stop waiting for spreadsheets. Branch visits stop being about collecting numbers and start being about fixing what the numbers already showed.

How do we know our sales, stock and cash numbers are accurate?+

Ubisar connects the dashboard to the transactions themselves, not to reports someone prepared by hand. We flag where sales, stock and cash do not match, so you can see whether it is an error or something to look into. You stop re-checking everything yourself, which is the point of having numbers at all.

Our records are still on paper and spreadsheets. Where do we start?+

Ubisar starts by getting the data your decisions need collected properly: branch sales, stock and orders captured as they happen, one process at a time. The first dashboard follows as soon as there is data worth reading, and each month adds the next view. You do not need to digitise the whole business first; one captured process is enough to start, and the rest follows.

We tried dashboards before and the branches stopped updating them. Why would yours be different?+

Ubisar takes the updating away from the branches. We refresh the dashboards from the systems the branches already use, so nobody has to fill in a sheet, and we train branch managers to read the numbers. A dashboard that needs feeding dies quietly; one that feeds itself gets read.

Our managers will not use complicated dashboards. What do you build instead?+

Ubisar builds simple views with the few numbers each manager acts on, readable on a phone. We train the managers to use them and adjust each view until it is part of their week. The test is whether a branch manager in the provinces checks it before you call, and we adjust until that is true.

Do we have to commit to a big project to get started?+

No. Ubisar works in monthly steps, starting with the one view that changes how you run the business, so the value shows before you commit further. There is no team to hire and no project budget to approve up front.

Our numbers are sensitive. Who gets to see what?+

Ubisar sets up each dashboard so people see only their part of the business: a branch manager sees their branch, a supervisor their area, and you see everything. The accounts and the data stay in your company's name, and every figure traces back to its source transaction, so nobody can quietly adjust a number. When someone leaves, you switch off one login instead of wondering which spreadsheets went with them.

How is this different from hiring a data analyst in the Philippines, or a BI agency?+

Ubisar keeps your reporting from depending on one hire: you get a lead and a team, month to month. A lone analyst is hard to keep in the Philippines, and when they go, the dashboards and the know-how go with them. A BI agency usually hands over the reports and leaves the upkeep to you. With us the dashboards keep refreshing, the definitions stay documented, and the next view ships whoever comes or goes.

What does data analytics and business intelligence in the Philippines cost?+

Ubisar's pricing starts from $4,000/month (about PHP 230,000), month-to-month, cancel anytime. That is the starting point for a lead and a team. The actual retainer depends on how complex your systems are, how many are in flight at once and what your company requires. You will find the detail on our pricing page, or reach out for an initial discussion and we will provide a quote for your company in the Philippines.
