As an intern, you’ll work at the intersection of that ecosystem: close to real technology, data and AI challenges, workflow and systems modernisation, and investor-backed transformation projects.

Our clients come to us with messy systems, disconnected data, and ambitious ideas. They want to modernize operations, build better internal tools, and turn AI from buzzword into real business value, without building a large in-house engineering team.

As a Tech intern, you help make that happen. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, data and engineering: mapping real-world workflows, turning them into robust software, and helping our team deliver tangible results for companies and investors across sectors like professional services, financial services, private equity, consumer & retail, healthcare and more.

The bar is high: we’re looking for people who are deeply motivated to build software that solves real business problems, care about robustness and maintainability, and are confident in taking ownership of visible, client-facing work early in their career.

• This is a full-time, paid internship with a monthly stipend of INR 30,000.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

You’ll be diving deep into the world of technology, data and AI, turning real business problems into working software. From day one, you’ll be involved across the full lifecycle - from understanding client workflows to designing, building and shipping solutions - and you’ll work closely with senior team members on live advisory projects. Specifically, you will:

• Support the team in mapping out client business processes and building custom software solutions and internal tools.
• Support in evaluating tools, platforms and architectures for client recommendations.
• Help create presentation materials and tech solution outlines for clients.
• Help us build full-stack tech and data solutions for our client engagements.
• Support us with the commercial aspects of an advisory business, including case studies, proposals and thought-leadership content on tech, data and AI.

You need these qualifications

• You hold or are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline, or you can show equivalent practical experience. 
• Exceptionally strong internships, and  project experience can be considered if you can demonstrate real ownership and impact.
• You are comfortable with modern web frameworks, both front-end and back-end.
• You’re curious about data and AI solutions
• You enjoy solving real-world business problems with technology, not just writing code in isolation.
• You’re comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and communicating clearly with a distributed team.
• You take ownership of your work, ask good questions, and are willing to go one or two layers deeper than what was asked when needed.
